Your audit pathway (verification or certification) depends on the NDIS registration groups you apply for. Most verification-only (Tier 1) providers choose START. Verification audits are simpler and faster (6-8 weeks) and apply to lower-risk services. Certification audits are more comprehensive (10-14 weeks), apply to direct support providers and need more detailed evidence. The NDIS Commission decides which applies based on your registration groups.
Yes. If you start with START and find you need more support, you can upgrade to CERTIFIED or COMPLETE. You simply pay the difference and we provide the extra documentation and support.
The COMPLETE package includes 12 months of compliance platform access. START and CERTIFIED cover the registration process only. After registration, optional ongoing support (annual reviews, policy updates and training) is available at hourly rates.
Every package includes remediation guidance if the auditor raises non-compliances. Support beyond the included scope is available at hourly rates. Our goal is your successful registration, and we work with you through any findings.
