Your Questions About Scope and Inclusions

What if I need something not listed in my package?

We offer hourly consulting at $150/hr for additional work. Let us know what you need and we'll provide a quote.

Can I change or cancel my service?

Yes. For setup services (NDIS, website, business registration), cancellation is possible within the first week with a pro-rata refund. For ongoing services, 2 weeks' notice ends the engagement with final billing.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new services. If you're not satisfied, we'll revise the work or issue a full refund. Contact us immediately if there are issues.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For services over $3,000, we offer 2-3 payment installments. Discuss options when receiving your quote.

What's included in 'support'?

Support includes answering questions, clarifying next steps, and helping you use deliverables. It does NOT include re-doing entire sections or significant scope changes.

Can I add services mid-project?

Yes, but timeline may adjust. Email us with the additional scope and we'll provide an updated quote and timeline.

What happens after my service ends?

You keep all deliverables (websites, documentation, accounts, etc.). We can discuss ongoing support or maintenance packages if needed.
